Messages we can help with
- Corrections: a price, speed, contract term or provider detail on our site that looks wrong or out of date. Please include the page link, and a source if you have one.
- Feedback on our guides and provider pages, including topics you’d like us to cover.
- Partnership, advertising and media enquiries.
- Questions about your data. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.
Problems with your broadband service
SimpleBroadband is a comparison and guide site, not a broadband provider. We can’t see your account, fix a fault, change a bill or cancel a contract.
For anything to do with your connection, billing or contract, contact your provider directly. Their customer service details are on your bill and in your online account.
If you’ve complained to your provider and the problem isn’t sorted after eight weeks, or they send you a deadlock letter, you can take the complaint to an Ofcom-approved dispute resolution scheme. Your provider will belong to one of two: the Communications Ombudsman or CISAS. Both are free for customers.
Orders placed through our links
Some links on our site take you to a provider or to our partner, Broadband Genie, to check deals and place an order. If you buy through one of these links, your contract is with the provider. Any question about your order, installation date or reward claim needs to go to the provider or the company you ordered through. Our affiliate disclosure explains how these links work.
Before you email
- Check the date at the top of the page you’re asking about. Deals change often, and the provider’s site always shows the latest offer.
- To check which providers and speeds are available at your address, use our postcode checker.
