Every Sky deal on this page includes a gift voucher, shown in green beneath the plan name. They’re online exclusives for new customers, so the voucher only applies if you order on the web after clicking View deal. You can spend it with a range of well known retailers. Broadband only deals usually come with a bigger voucher than the TV bundles.

To make sure Sky’s order is matched to the voucher, go from the View deal button to checkout without leaving the site in between. If you need to stop partway, start again from this page rather than going to Sky directly. Turn off ad blockers and privacy add-ons while you order, and give an email address you check often.

The voucher follows once your Sky broadband is up and running. It usually lands in your inbox within a few weeks, but it can take up to 120 days from the day your service starts. Keep your order confirmation, and check your junk folder if nothing has arrived.

Sky doesn’t fix its monthly price for the whole contract, and it says a rise may happen. If Sky raises your price, you can leave without an exit fee if you tell Sky within its notice window.
