Community Fibre deals now come with free setup and our exclusive vouchers on almost every plan. Compare the deals to find the best one and save money. You’ll find details of the vouchers below the tables.

Eight of the nine Community Fibre plans on this page come with a gift voucher, shown in green under the plan name. The only exception is the Premium 5Gbps plan. These vouchers are online exclusives for new customers, which means they only apply when you place your order online after clicking View deal. You get a gift card you can spend at a well known retailer. The longer contracts and faster speeds usually carry the larger amounts, and any closing date appears just below the voucher.

For the voucher to be credited to your order, finish signing up in the same visit once you reach Community Fibre’s website. If you close the page and return later, go back through the View deal button here rather than heading straight to Community Fibre. Ad blockers and privacy add-ons can stop your order from being recorded against the offer, so switch them off until you’ve finished. Enter an email address you use often, because the voucher is sent there.

Don’t expect the voucher on the day you order. It’s issued after your full fibre connection has been installed and is working. Most people receive it by email within a few weeks, but it can take up to 120 days from the date your service goes live. If it hasn’t arrived, look in your spam or junk folder first, and hold on to your order confirmation email until it turns up.
