BT Reward Card and switching credit

Every BT deal on this page comes with a BT Reward Card, shown in green under the plan name. It’s a prepaid card you can spend in shops and online wherever it’s accepted. The 300Mb and 500Mb plans currently carry the biggest Reward Cards, which is why they’re often better value than Full Fibre 900. These offers are for new BT customers and end on the date shown under the reward.

You need to claim the Reward Card yourself after your broadband is live. BT emails you with the steps once your service starts, so use an email address you check, and claim before the deadline in that message. Look in your spam folder if it hasn’t arrived within a couple of weeks.

If you’re leaving another provider before your contract ends, BT offers switching credit to help cover your old provider’s exit fees. TV bundles get a higher limit than broadband only and phone plans. Every plan includes a BT Smart Hub and Cyber Threat Protect security from Norton.
