Vodafone voucher offers
Most of the Vodafone deals on this page come with a gift voucher, shown in green under each plan. The vouchers are online exclusives for new customers, so they only apply when you order online through the View deal button. The voucher is usually a gift card for a big retailer, such as Amazon, M&S or Sainsbury’s. The value depends on the plan, and the faster plans and TV bundles tend to come with the bigger vouchers. If an offer has a deadline, the end date appears under the voucher.
To make sure your voucher is tracked, complete your order in one go once you’ve clicked through. If you leave and come back later, start again from the View deal button on this page. Ad blockers and some privacy extensions can stop the order being linked to the offer, so it’s worth pausing them while you order. Use an email address you check regularly, because that’s where the voucher will arrive.
The voucher isn’t sent straight away. It’s normally issued once your broadband is live, and it often arrives within about a month by email, though it can take up to 120 days after activation. Check your spam folder if it hasn’t appeared, and keep your order confirmation until the voucher comes through.
If you’re leaving another provider before your contract ends, Vodafone also runs a switcher credit offer on its 24 month 5G and Home Broadband plans. It covers the early termination fee your old provider charges, up to a set limit, and is paid as credit on your Vodafone account. You claim it online within 90 days of your new service starting, by uploading your old provider’s final bill showing the fee and your address. It doesn’t apply to 12 month plans.
